At Santa Paws Siberians, our primary concern is the welfare of our kittens and the satisfaction of our adopting families. We work hard to ensure that every kitten goes to a loving, suitable home. This policy outlines our procedures regarding deposits, refunds, and returns.
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a kitten. This deposit secures your chosen kitten and removes them from availability to other prospective families.
If circumstances change and you cannot proceed with your reserved kitten, please contact us as soon as possible. We may, at our sole discretion, allow you to transfer your deposit to a future litter or another available kitten. Transfer requests must be made at least two weeks before the scheduled pickup date.

If your kitten is diagnosed with a serious pre-existing health condition within 72 hours of adoption, please contact us immediately. You must provide documentation from a licensed veterinarian. We will work with you to find an appropriate resolution, which may include:

Shipping fees are non-refundable once travel arrangements have been made. If you need to change your pickup date, additional fees may apply.
